AC Milan to host Inter in Serie A Derby della Madonnina at San Siro on November 1

AC Milan will meet Inter Milan in the Derby della Madonnina at the San Siro in Milan, Italy, on Sunday, November 1, with kickoff scheduled for 1:15 a.m. IST as part of the Serie A 2026-27 season.

Milan arrive having fallen seven points behind the leaders following a midweek 4-2 home defeat to Bologna, while Inter preserved top spot with a win in Venezia decided by two late goals. Milan have recovered recent derby form after a lengthy losing run, and Inter responded to last November’s derby loss by stringing together 15 consecutive Serie A victories.

AC Milan’s most recent result was the 4-2 loss to Bologna, a setback that left them seven points adrift of the summit; they are fifth in the table. Milan have won five of their last seven derbies, including two 1-0 league victories last season.

Inter maintained their position at the top of Serie A with the victory in Venezia and are first in the table. The Nerazzurri added a 10th Coppa Italia and a 21st Scudetto in the previous campaign and are currently on course to continue being the uncontested “Kings of Calcio.”

That was a very successful first year for Cristian Chivu.

Fans in India can watch the match live on Zee5 and the Unite8 Sports TV channel, viewers in the United Kingdom can tune in via DAZN, and the fixture will be broadcast in Italy on DAZN and Sky Italia.
