Age Of Reason and Don Julio turn in pleasing morning gallops in Pune

Age Of Reason and Don Julio pleased observers during a morning exercise session in Pune on Thursday, Aug. 20. Timed works were recorded across 600m, 800m, 1000m and 1200m with several other runners also posting noted split times.

The session at Pune featured multiple distance categories and included horses such as Kimiko, Ageisjustanumber, Fire Away, Manwar, Liban, El Nino and Endurance alongside Age Of Reason and Don Julio. Observers recorded split times and brief descriptions of each work, ranging from 'Easy' to 'Moved fluently'. The track gallops were reported on Thursday morning and the results were published later the same day.

Over the 600m trips, Kimiko (Bharat) recorded 41 and was noted as "Easy", while Ageisjustanumber (Pranil) also logged 41 with the same description.

In 800m work, Fire Away (Dashrath) posted 57 with a 600/42 and was described as "Easy"; Manwar (Zervan) covered the distance in 54 with a 600/40 and was said to have "Moved fluently"; Liban (Nazil) returned 53, 600/40 and "Moved freely"; El Nino (S.J. Sunil) registered 54, 600/39 and was reported to have "Worked well".

Don Julio (Gore) completed 1000m in 1-7, with intermediate splits of 800/54 and 600/41, and was described as having "Moved nicely".

At 1200m, Age Of Reason (Neeraj) and Endurance (Shelar) were both recorded as 1-22, 1000/1-7, 800/52, 600/39; the former started three lengths behind and easily finished level.
