AJ Styles podcast ends; Jordynne Grace back on bodybuilding stage

WWE Hall of Famer AJ Styles, who retired at the Royal Rumble 2026 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, announced on 2026-09-20 that The AJ Styles Show will end after seven months, the podcast’s official X account said.

Jordynne Grace returned to bodybuilding competition at the IBFF Heart of Texas show after an absence from WWE programming that began following the April 17, 2026 edition of SmackDown.

Styles retired from in-ring action at Royal Rumble 2026 and subsequently took a backstage role in WWE before launching a podcast in March 2026 that was initially focused on retro gaming. The programme began as "The Phenomenally Retro Podcast" and was co-hosted by Tony Giles; it later adopted the title The AJ Styles Show as its subject matter broadened to include WWE backstage discussion.

The podcast’s official X account said the show would end seven months after its launch, with past episodes remaining available and the channel to be repurposed. "Thank you for your support over the last 7 months. I have had a great time producing the show but sadly the show will no longer be active. The old episodes will still be available, however, the channel is going nowhere and will be repurposed shortly."

The programme’s social media handle has been updated to The Loose Cart Podcast and lists Tony Giles and John Riggs as hosts.

Grace’s last appearance on WWE television came on the April 17, 2026 SmackDown, where she was defeated by Tiffany Stratton in the Women’s United States Title #1 Contendership match; she also made appearances on WWE Main Event, with her most recent Main Event outing on June 12.

Posting on Instagram about her return to bodybuilding, Grace wrote: “Spent the past four weeks prepping in secret. Didn’t even tell my husband I was competing until earlier this week. But we made it back on stage. I didn’t come to win this one. I just needed a reminder of who I am. (But if I win, I’ll definitely let yall know )”
