Al-Hussein v East Bengal: Lineups announced with Edmund starting in AFC Champions League Two opener
East Bengal travel to Amman to face Al-Hussein in an AFC Champions League Two match at the Amman International Stadium, with kickoff scheduled for 9:30 pm IST; Edmund Lalrindika is named in East Bengal’s starting XI.
The Torchbearers enter the fixture as Indian Super League champions and arrive on the back of a Durand Cup 2026 triumph over Mohun Bagan SG. East Bengal also advanced through the ACL Two preliminary stage after recovering from a goal down to beat Al-Arabi SC 4-1, and head coach Antonio Lopez Habas has stressed the importance of securing away points for the campaign.
