Amanda Serrano will defend her WBA and WBO featherweight titles against Lucrecia Anabella Manzur at Pechanga Resort Casino in Temecula, California, on August 21, 2026, in the first world championship boxing card to be streamed live on TikTok. The main event will be contested over 12 rounds of two-minute rounds, a format not previously used in a unified women’s world title fight.

Serrano enters the fight as a seven-division champion and the titleholder in this weight class, with the bout promoted by Most Valuable Promotions. A stoppage victory would give Serrano the all-time record for knockouts by a female boxer, surpassing Christy Martin’s mark.

Serrano’s record stands at 49-4-1 with 32 KOs, and she is the clear favourite against Manzur, who is 14-4 with 7 KOs. Manzur is the WBO’s number two featherweight contender, has a five-fight win streak since a stoppage loss to Daniela Romina Bermudez in 2023, and will be making her first challenge for a world title.
