Animesh Kujur to compete for India at Asian Games in Aichi-Nagoya on September 24

Animesh Kujur will be in action for India at the 2026 Asian Games in Aichi-Nagoya, Japan, on Thursday, September 24. He is regarded as one of India's top medal prospects in athletics.

India's athletics contingent begins its Aichi-Nagoya campaign on September 24; the country has so far won 14 medals at the Games, including a gold in women's cricket, and the athletics squad comprises 75 members.
