Australia v Samoa meet in men’s Rugby League World Cup semi-final at Allianz Stadium

Australia’s Kangaroos and Toa Samoa met at Allianz Stadium in Sydney in the men’s Rugby League World Cup semi-final on 8 November 2026.

Kick-off in Sydney was 8.05pm local (9.05am GMT). Tonight’s victors will take on New Zealand in next Sunday’s World Cup final.

New Zealand downed Tonga last night, with Jahrome Hughes pulling the strings and Kalyn Ponga showing his class three weeks after fracturing his left arm.

Earlier, Australia’s Jillaroos reached their fifth consecutive World Cup final but were pushed hard by Fiji Bulikula.
