Boxing Federation of India suspends secretary general Pramod Kumar pending inquiry

The Boxing Federation of India on Tuesday suspended its secretary general, Pramod Kumar, with immediate effect over alleged financial irregularities, failure to cooperate with investigations and misuse of authority.

The suspension order was issued by BFI president Ajay Singh and is pending an inquiry into the allegations against Kumar.

The allegations include issuing a work order for broadcasting arrangements without the required approval.
