Brentford v Chelsea: Premier League lineups for 8pm BST kick-off

Brentford and Chelsea made lineup changes ahead of their Premier League meeting scheduled to kick off at 8pm BST on 18 September 2026.

Brentford made two changes from the side that faced Bournemouth last weekend, with Mikkel Damsgaard and Michael Kayode replacing Aaron Hickery and Mamadou Sangaré; Hickery and Sangaré were named on the bench.

Chelsea made five changes following their draw with Hull City, with Jordan Henderson making his debut for the Blues on his old stomping ground and Valentín Barco and Pep Chavarría making their full debuts; Danny Welbeck and Maxence Lacroix were also included, while Roméo Lavia and Malo Gusto dropped to the bench and João Pedro, Jorrel Hato and Reece James did not feature.
