Cameron Green to play as specialist batter for Australia in series-deciding Cape Town Test

Cameron Green has recovered from an abdominal injury and will play as a specialist batter for Australia in the series-deciding third Test in Cape Town beginning on October 27.

Matt Renshaw impressed in earlier matches, and Green's return may lead to a reshuffle of Australia's lineup.

Australia won the first Test, but suffered a heavy defeat in the second.
