Chikitha, Sahil clinch India’s second archery gold at 2026 Asian Games in shoot-off, secure LA 2028 quota
Chikitha Taniparthi and Sahil Jadhav won the compound mixed team gold for India at the 2026 Asian Games, edging South Korea in a shoot-off after the final finished level at 157-157.
In the shoot-off the Indian pair scored 20 to South Korea’s 19, and the victory also earned India a men’s and women’s quota place for the LA 2028 Olympics, where compound archery will make its debut.
