Control Resonant to launch globally on September 24 at 7:00 AM PT

Remedy Entertainment’s action-adventure RPG Control Resonant will receive a simultaneous global release on September 24, 2026, at 7:00 AM PT for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC. Players who purchase the PS5 Deluxe Edition will gain 48 hours of early access beginning on September 22, 2026.

Control Resonant is the follow-up to the original title Control and features protagonist Dylan Faden, with releases planned on PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. Remedy communicated official launch timing details and a country-specific map to show regional release windows and encouraged pre-orders ahead of the September 24 launch.

The developer confirmed the global launch will be simultaneous across the announced platforms at the stated 7:00 AM PT time. Remedy also published a pre-load schedule for the various platforms, although the detailed platform-specific pre-load times were presented separately from the launch-time announcement.

Remedy has outlined the early access arrangement for the PS5 Deluxe Edition: purchasers of that edition will be able to begin playing 48 hours prior to the worldwide release, starting on September 22, 2026. The publisher has stated that a purchase is required to play on PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC at launch.

The company announced that Control Resonant will not be available on Xbox Game Pass or PC Game Pass at launch. Remedy confirmed, however, that the title will support GeForce NOW from day one.

Pre-orders are open and Remedy’s communications include promotional material directing players to consult the launch map for country-specific timings. The developer has also provided platform pre-load instructions in advance of the release.

Players who want to access the game before the global release can do so only by purchasing the PS5 Deluxe Edition, which unlocks play from September 22, 2026; otherwise the worldwide release will take place on September 24, 2026 at 7:00 AM PT across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC, with GeForce NOW available from day one and no Xbox Game Pass or PC Game Pass availability at launch.
