Deepika nets eight as India beat Uzbekistan 19-0 in Asian Games Pool B opener

India opened their Asian Games women's hockey campaign with a 19-0 victory over Uzbekistan in their Pool B opener.

Deepika scored eight goals, while Lalremsiami, Ishika, Baljeet Kaur, Neha, Navneet Kaur, Lalthantluangi and Sakshi Rana also found the net.

Veteran goalkeeper Savita Punia earned her 320th international cap.
