Demi Vollering wins final stage in Nice to claim second Tour de France Femmes title

Demi Vollering won Sunday’s ninth and final stage of the Tour de France Femmes in Nice to secure a second overall title.

Vollering, the 2023 champion, raised her bike in the air moments after crossing the line, finishing well clear of Polish rider Kasia Niewiadoma, the 2024 champion.

Niewiadoma had started the stage eight seconds behind Vollering. Vollering earned a time bonus for winning the stage.
