EA Sports introduces EA FC 27 FUT Gallery for Ultimate Team
EA Sports on 2026-08-07 unveiled a new progression feature for Ultimate Team called EA FC 27 FUT Gallery. The system creates a permanent record of player items that have passed through a club and awards rewards for completing themed collections.
The FUT Gallery will serve as a lasting history for an Ultimate Team club and will record eligible items even if they are later sold or discarded. Players do not need to retain a card in their squad for it to appear in their collection. The feature is designed to keep track of items that have flowed through a club over time.
Gallery Sets form the core of the FUT Gallery and can be assembled around different themes, including leagues, card rarities, promotions and other categories. Each Gallery Set contributes to a player’s overall progress within the gallery. The collection structure allows users to target specific themes when adding items.
Each Gallery Set uses a scoring system in which every card added increases the set score. Players can further raise their score by completing Tags, which act as additional requirements such as collecting a certain number of TOTW cards or using first-owned players. When a set is finished, its total score is converted into a Grade.
Grades determine the quality of rewards available from a completed Gallery Set. Higher Grades unlock improved rewards including cosmetics, Gallery Tokens and other Ultimate Items. The reward tiers are linked directly to the Grade achieved for each set.
EA FC 27 FUT Gallery also features a progression layer called Gallery Level, through which players earn milestones as their collection progress advances. Reaching those milestones grants additional rewards tied to gallery advancement. Special Holographic Items can be unlocked by attaining higher milestones.
The Gallery Hub will be the in-game location for the feature, displaying collected players and 3D items and updating as a player’s collection expands. The FUT Gallery will record items obtained through packs, the Transfer Market, Objectives, SBCs and other rewards so they appear in the Hub once eligible. The Hub is intended to reflect the growth of a club’s recorded collection over time.
