England name September–October squad with Cole Palmer and Trent Alexander-Arnold recalled

England named their squad for the September-October international window on 18 September 2026, with manager Thomas Tuchel recalling Cole Palmer and Trent Alexander-Arnold for the upcoming UEFA Nations League.

Several previously capped players are absent from the squad, including Dean Henderson, John Stones, Reece James, Dan Burn, Jordan Henderson and Ollie Watkins, and the announcement noted that some other names are not included in the upcoming selection.
