On October 14, 2026, the ESRB published a rating listing PEAK for PlayStation 5, confirming a PS5 entry for the co‑operative indie from Landfall Games.

The title, which has been popular on Steam, received an E10+ (Everyone 10+) classification in the new listing. Landfall Games previously confirmed earlier this year that console ports were in development but did not provide a release window, saying the team needed additional time to complete those versions.

The ESRB describes PEAK as a first‑person cooperative adventure in which players must work together to climb mountains, gather resources, overcome environmental hazards and survive a mysterious island. The rating text also references the game’s unusual mechanics and encounters, including spiders and zombies.

The listing notes a particularly unusual mechanic: starving players can eat other players, with those victims briefly appearing like rotisserie chickens before dropping off as cartoon skeletons. That sequence is singled out in the ESRB description alongside other gameplay elements.

The PS5 entry on the ESRB names Skybound Games as the publisher for that platform. The rating does not include entries for Xbox Series X|S or Nintendo Switch.

An ESRB certification does not provide a release date, though the body that issues ratings typically assigns them as titles approach the end of development and prepare for launch. There has been no official announcement of a PS5 release date from the developers.
