EWC's 2026 move from Riyadh to Paris accelerates plan for rotating global event

Faisal Bin Homran, chief product officer of the Esports Foundation, said the Esports World Cup's 2026 move from Riyadh to Paris accelerated its plans to become a global, rotating event.

He said the EWC is now ready to travel, while Riyadh remains its hub.

He also revealed plans for physical qualifiers in key markets, including a potential "Road to EWC India".
