Ex-Pakistan captain Rashid Latif brands Mohsin Naqvi-led PCB 'worst cricket board'

Rashid Latif, a former Pakistan captain, launched a furious attack on the Mohsin Naqvi-led Pakistan Cricket Board, calling it "the worst cricket board" and describing its administration as the most ineffective in the last seventy years.
