Football Manager 27 to launch worldwide on November 10, 2026 at £49.99

SEGA and Sports Interactive announced in a joint release on September 30, 2026 that Football Manager 27 will launch worldwide on November 10, 2026 for PC, Mac, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and mobile via Netflix Games. The publishers confirmed an official price of £49.99 and said the title will be available on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass from day one.

Sports Interactive said it has implemented multiple gameplay changes and new features following feedback from fans of the previous edition. Mobile access will be delivered through Netflix Games and will require an active Netflix membership on Android or iOS. The studio also confirmed a Launch Preview (early access) will be offered, though the firm did not specify the precise start date.

The developer described user-experience updates aimed at reducing clicks and providing a cleaner interface, including full-screen layouts and additional customization options. Those changes are presented as part of an effort to streamline menu navigation and on-screen information. Sports Interactive suggested these interface revisions are among the most visible alterations to the series’ presentation.

Matchday presentation has been reworked with new visuals, atmosphere enhancements and a more broadcast-style presentation, according to the announcement. The company said those adjustments are intended to make match playback feel more immersive than in prior versions. Sports Interactive also noted some popular concepts from earlier Football Manager games will return.

A highlighted technical update is dynamic lighting during matches: Sports Interactive described the in-game sun moving across matches with shadows changing across the pitch over the 90 minutes. The studio listed this lighting system as one of the visual elements improved for FM27’s match engine.

The announcement confirmed continued development of the new engine introduced in the previous title, alongside the reintroduction of select older features.
