Germany retain Hockey World Cup after Struthoff’s 44th-minute strike beats Spain 1-0

Germany's men's hockey team retained the Hockey World Cup crown by defeating Spain 1-0 in the final on August 30, 2026, winning their fourth World Cup title.

The only goal came from Michel Struthoff in the 44th minute.
