GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2 among 10 titles exiting PlayStation Plus in November 2026

PlayStation Plus subscribers will lose access to Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption 2 from the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog in November 2026, the service’s Last Chance to Play listings show. The Last Chance to Play section confirms a total of 10 titles will leave the catalog that month.

PlayStation’s Last Chance to Play listing has been updated to reflect the departures. A new promotional message from PlayStation, which is essentially a reminder to do one last drive in GTA 5, said: “If you’re counting down the days until Grand Theft Auto VI arrives on PS5 on November 19, why not take a trip to Los Santos in the meantime?Grand Theft Auto V is… pic.twitter.com/jbqbg9tRFc” Their removal from the subscription catalog occurs just before the release of Rockstar’s next Grand Theft Auto title.

Most of the games scheduled to leave the service are set to depart on November 17, 2026. After that date, subscribers will need to purchase the affected titles from the PlayStation Store in order to keep playing them. The article advises players who have not tried any title on the list to do so while they remain in the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog.

While Sony and Rockstar have not provided an official reason for the removals, the timing comes shortly before the release of GTA 6, making it a likely timing decision. The departures include a range of catalogue entries, with Rockstar’s headline titles among the most prominent to be removed. The Last Chance to Play notice is the source used to confirm the list of exits.

The biggest games leaving are GTA V and Red Dead Redemption 2, both from Rockstar Games. GTA 5 can be played on PS4, and PS5. Red Dead Redemption 2 has been one of the most popular open-world games that have been part of the subscription service.

Sony PlayStation will add new games for subscribers and it will be announced very soon. Subscribers who wish to retain access to any departing title will need to purchase it from the PlayStation Store after the November removals take effect.
