Guarda FC sign Sporting CP academy winger Isnaba Mané on two-year contract
Guarda FC have signed 22-year-old Guinea-Bissau winger Isnaba Mané on a two-year contract, with an option to extend for a further season, the Portuguese club confirmed on 15 September 2026. The player is a product of Sporting CP’s academy and arrives with experience in Portuguese and European competitions, including the UEFA Conference League.
Born in Bissau, Guinea-Bissau, Mané began his youth career with Real SC before joining Sporting CP, where he progressed through the club’s youth system and featured in the UEFA Youth League. He later moved to Estoril Praia and made 10 appearances for the club’s U23 side.
In the 2025/26 season Mané spent time on loan with Bulgarian top-flight side Arda Kardzhali, making 15 appearances across competitions, scoring once and providing one assist; he also featured in all six of Arda’s UEFA Conference League matches during that campaign. A left-footed winger capable of operating across the attacking areas, Mané is described by the club as bringing technical ability, pace and European football experience to Guarda FC.

The club said Mané’s arrival follows the recent signing of Mumbai-born Indian youth international Yohaan Benjamin and is part of a wider plan under Jai Agarwal to build Guarda FC into a platform linking emerging talent with European football; the club described this long-term vision as including strengthening its sporting and commercial operations while creating new connections between the club and emerging football markets around the world.
