Harita Bhadra left Nagoya with two bronze medals in the women’s 200m and the mixed 4x100m relay at the Asian Games on October 1, 2026.
She had arrived at the Asian Games chasing a podium finish, and her first senior international competition has sharpened a new target: a 22.45-second run, the qualifying mark for the 2027 World Championships.
Bhadra reflected on her races, the mental lessons from Nagoya and her relay experience, and on why she believes the next level is within reach.
