Harry Kane becomes first English player to win Germany's Footballer of the Year

Harry Kane became the first English player to be awarded Germany's Footballer of the Year when the honour was presented at the Allianz Arena just before Bayern Munich's Bundesliga season opener.
He also received the European Golden Shoe for his goal-scoring achievements last season.
