Hellraiser Revival: full list of trophies and achievements
As reported on 2026-10-09, Clive Barker’s new survival horror game Hellraiser Revival has launched and features 45 trophies and achievements for players on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.
The game combines exploration, puzzle-solving and intense boss encounters within a survival-horror framework, and the trophy list is designed to be earned through those core activities. Trophies and achievements can be unlocked via story progression, boss battles, collectibles, stealth sections, crafting, exploration and combat challenges. Compared with numerous survival-horror titles, the list is described as relatively accessible, but completing every trophy requires more than one ending.
There are 45 total trophies and achievements across the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S releases, including a Platinum Trophy on PlayStation and a Mythic Achievement on Xbox. Some achievements are tied to mandatory story beats while others require optional objectives or specific combat and exploration feats. Because several goals depend on choices and alternate encounters, the publisher recommends keeping multiple save files.
The game includes at least two ending-related achievements based on whether you accept or reject the Cenobites’ offer. Those ending-related achievements mean players must pursue different story choices to reach 100% completion. Boss encounters and certain optional objectives also influence which achievements are available in a single playthrough.
Critical reception on aggregate sites is mixed: the title now holds a POOR "69-74" on Metacritic (PS5 = 69, Xbox = 74, PC = 74). The article noted early impressions that praised the game's faithfulness to the films' atmosphere while scoring varied across platforms. Player attention has concentrated on completing the diverse set of challenges that feed into the trophy and achievement lists.
