How to claim Modern Warfare 4 Twitch Drops — Gilded Ghost, Old Wounds, Going Dark

Infinity Ward and Activision's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 is now available and offers Twitch Drops to viewers on Twitch, according to a report published on 2026-10-23. Viewers can earn three free cosmetic items by watching eligible Modern Warfare 4 streams.

Twitch Drops don’t come with any in-game perks, but they come with exclusive customization items that can be used to customize your profile and weapons. Once the drops are unlocked, the items will be added to your Call of Duty account.

There are currently three Twitch Drops available: the Gilded Ghost Emblem, Old Wounds Calling Card, and Going Dark Weapon Charm. These items are delivered as cosmetic rewards and are intended for visual customization within the game's profile and weapon loadouts.

Players need to watch a total of one hour of eligible MW4 Twitch streams to unlock all three rewards. The requirement applies to eligible Modern Warfare 4 streams on Twitch; watching non-eligible streams will not count toward the one-hour total.

Players need to make sure to connect their Twitch account with their Call of Duty account. "Just follow these simple steps:"
