India U-15 will face Senegal U-15 at the Hosavan Competition Complex in Baku, Azerbaijan, in a FIFA U-15 World Cup and Festivals Group K match on October 26, 2026, with kickoff scheduled for 21:00 IST on Pitch 8A. The India side is led by coach Bibiano Fernandes as they prepare for the final game of the group stage.

India enter the match unbeaten and top the group with 10 points after five matchweeks, while Senegal sit second on nine points. A victory would guarantee India a place in Tier A; a draw would also be sufficient provided Cameroon do not win their final fixture.

India opened the campaign with a 4-2 victory over Laos, with Macdonnish Ngairangbam (7′), R Lalremruatfela (11′, 31′) and Soumojit Sarkar (33′) on the scoresheet. They followed that with a 2-1 win against Cameroon — the goals coming via a Fareil Ngobo own goal (1′ OG) and R Lalremruatfela (27′) — then shared points in a 3-3 draw with Grenada before beating Bahrain 4-3.

Senegal began with a 3-0 defeat to Cameroon in the African derby, where Cameroon’s Ngobo, Massoda and Ngome scored. Senegal then recorded a sequence of high-scoring wins, including a 6-1 victory over Bahrain in Matchweek 2, a 7-1 win against Grenada and a 9-0 triumph over Laos, totaling 22 goals across those three matches — an average of seven goals per game.

Although Senegal have a superior goal difference, they sit behind Cameroon on head-to-head results. For Senegal to reach Tier A they must beat India and hope Cameroon drop points in their final game.

Matches at this tournament are 45 minutes in duration and the event takes place over two days; both head coaches will be aiming to have fully fit squads with no injury concerns. The India–Senegal game will be broadcast live on DAZN.

India midfielder Macdonnish Ngairangbam is a product of the Sudeva Delhi academy, and coach Bibiano Fernandes has been preparing his squad for the decisive group-stage fixture.

A win for India will confirm their participation in Tier A; a draw will suffice only if Cameroon do not win their final match, while Senegal must secure victory and rely on Cameroon dropping points to advance.
