India and New Zealand meet in the second ODI of India’s tour of New Zealand 2026 at Hnry Stadium in Wellington on Saturday, November 07, with the match scheduled to start at 7:30 AM IST.

India dominated the opening game, beating New Zealand by five wickets after Virat Kohli scored 74 off 51 balls at a strike rate of 145.10, while other Indian batters struggled against the extra bounce. New Zealand were bowled out for 185 in 40.2 overs, with Arshdeep Singh returning 4/70, Gurnoor Brar 3/44 and Anshul Kamboj 2/22. Anshul Kamboj won the Player of the Match award for his economical figures. New Zealand will aim to respond after that defeat while India seek to build on the momentum.

The second ODI is set to start at 7:30 AM IST / 3 PM local time on Saturday at Hnry Stadium in Wellington, with the toss scheduled for 7:00 AM IST / 2:30 PM local time. There is a chance of rain for the match, which the organisers say will make the toss an important factor.

Indian viewers can watch the live action on the Sony Sports Networks. The live stream will be available on the Sony LIV app or the Sony LIV website.

Local viewers in New Zealand will see the game on Sky Sports NZ. The match can also be streamed on the Sky Go app and the Sky Sport platform for viewers in New Zealand.

India would want to carry on the momentum and add another win to their name. New Zealand had a poor day in the first ODI and will be looking to bounce back in Wellington.
