ISL clubs ranked by FanCode views in 2025-26 season
ISL clubs have been ranked by the number of views they attracted on FanCode during the Indian Super League 2025-26 season, more than two months after East Bengal FC won the title on 21st May under coach Oscar Bruzon.
The 2025-26 ISL campaign began unusually late and featured a shortened schedule in which each team played 13 matches under a new league format that kept more than four clubs in contention until the final matchday; fans nevertheless attended matches in strong numbers. Indian football has already moved into the 2026-27 season with the Durand Cup 2026, which started on 25th July with the Kolkata Derby.
Mohun Bagan SG were the most-watched team on FanCode during the ISL 2025-26 season, recording 4,775,774 match views; the Kolkata Giants finished just behind East Bengal on goal difference and lost the title to them. Kerala Blasters, despite what the report described as one of the club’s worst seasons on and off the field and a drop in attendances at the JLN Stadium that improved only after Ashley Westwood’s arrival, ranked second with 4,240,432 views. East Bengal FC, the ISL champions who lifted the trophy after more than two decades under Oscar Bruzon following a comeback against Inter Kashi on the last matchday, were third in FanCode viewership with 3,271,736 views.
Mumbai City FC placed fourth in the FanCode rankings with 1,667,143 views and were noted for filling their home stands. Newly promoted Inter Kashi FC appeared in fifth with 1,619,746 views, finishing ahead of several established ISL clubs in online viewership despite not having a strong league campaign.
Chennaiyin FC occupied sixth place with 1,576,840 views even though the season was described as one to forget for the club. NorthEast United FC were seventh with 1,551,265 views amid a campaign in which fans reportedly did not show up in numbers either in stadiums or online.
Bengaluru FC were eighth with 1,514,278 views while the Blues continued to enjoy good attendance, according to the report. FC Goa recorded 1,459,988 views to sit ninth, with the account noting smaller crowds at Fatorda throughout the season.
Jamshedpur FC placed 10th with 1,434,954 views after what the piece described as a very good season in which they remained in the title race until the end, even as the report stated the club will not be competing in the ISL anymore. Mohammedan SC, relegated to the IFL after finishing bottom of the table, were 11th with 1,249,190 views. Punjab FC, nicknamed the Shers and said to have produced an impressive brand of football before finishing mid-table, took 12th with 1,230,020 views and were reported to have generated better stands numbers than SC Delhi when both used the JLN Stadium.
Odisha FC ranked 13th with 1,203,563 views after a season described as starting shakily, while newly rebranded SC Delhi — formerly Hyderabad FC — finished last in the FanCode list with 1,131,645 views following an average debut season on and off the field.
