Scott Jamieson ended a 14-year wait for a second DP World Tour title when he won the Nexo Championship at Trump International Golf Links in Aberdeenshire on Sunday, 23 August 2026. He shot a final-round 67 to finish on 11 under par, two shots clear of overnight leader Matthew Jordan.

The victory was the 42-year-old Glaswegian's second DP World Tour triumph; his previous European Tour success came at the 2012 Nelson Mandela Championship. The result produced back-to-back Scottish winners at the Nexo Championship at Trump International Golf Links.

"Fourteen years, that's wild," an emotional Jamieson told Sky Sports, referencing his previous title in South Africa. "It's so hard to win. I was so patient all day and I just can't believe I've won."

Jamieson finished on -11, with Matthew Jordan on -9 and Andy Sullivan third on -7. Players tied on -6 were Q Vidal (Spa), M Kinhult (Swe) and K Nakajima (Japan); Scottish pair Euan Walker and Connor Syme shared 10th place on -4.

Defending champion Grant Forrest struggled on Sunday, carding an 80 to finish on 10 over for the tournament.

"To win and get a couple of years of free goes is nice," Jamieson said.
