Jersey King and Forseti excel in Bengaluru morning workout

Jersey King and Forseti excelled during morning exercise at Bengaluru on Thursday, November 5.

The workout produced timed pieces across several distances and included gate practice.

The session featured runners such as N R I Millennium, Count Basie, Flaming Sword, Detective Conan, Ladyness and Blue Eyed Girl alongside Jersey King and Forseti.

Trainers recorded works at 600m, 1,000m, 1,200m and 1,600m with sectional splits noted for several horses.

Gate practice was conducted on the inner sand and included 1,400m moves with (1,400-600) times.

Over 600m, N R I Millennium (rb) and Count Basie (S. Qureshi) were timed at 44.5; they finished level.

Flaming Sword (Noornabi) covered 1,000m in 1-14 with a 600m split of 44 and was recorded as having moved freely.

Jersey King (Noornabi) completed 1,200m in 1-26.5 with 1,000m in 1-10 and 600m in 40; the effort was described as Catch the eye.

Forseti (rb) did 1,600m in 1-56 with splits of 1,400/1-38, 1,200/1-24.5, 1,000/1-12 and 600/45 and moved fluently.

Gate practice on the inner sand over 1,400m had Detective Conan (rb) and Ladyness (R. Pradeep) at 1-49, with (1,400-600) 1-0; they jumped out well.

Blue Eyed Girl (rb) covered 1,400m in 1-46, with (1,400-600) 1-1, and took a good jump.
