John Cena returns to WWE Raw in Brooklyn; Roman Reigns to address Sami Zayn ahead of Crown Jewel

John Cena will return to WWE Raw on November 2, 2026 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, and World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns is scheduled to address Undisputed Champion Sami Zayn on the same show. The episode will also feature a six-man tag pitting The Vision against Penta, Je’Von Evans and Dragon Lee, plus a singles match between Solo Sikoa and Royce Keys.
Cena, a 17-time world champion, introduced the inaugural John Cena Classic during his Backlash appearance and is expected to provide further details about the tournament on November 2. The competition is expected to begin in December, although WWE has not released the complete format, participating Superstars, or schedule. Having retired from in-ring competition, Cena’s new role with the Stamford-based promotion is a focal point for his return appearance.
Penta and Je’Von Evans are scheduled to challenge Bron Breakker and Austin Theory for the World Tag Team Championship at Crown Jewel, a title match General Manager Adam Pearce confirmed for the Saudi Arabia PLE. Dragon Lee will join Penta and Evans as their partner against The Vision on Raw, while Pearce has not specified which three members of the challengers’ group will compete. A victory for Penta’s team on November 2 is noted as a potential psychological advantage heading into the title defence.
World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns will appear on Raw to address Undisputed Champion Sami Zayn ahead of their Champion vs. Champion match at Crown Jewel. The segment arrives with the PLE approaching and may serve as one of the final broadcast chances for both champions to send a message before their showdown in Riyadh. The build also references the pair’s shared history through the original Bloodline storyline.
The rivalry between The Bloodline and The 946 continues when Solo Sikoa meets Royce Keys in singles competition; Keys challenged Sikoa on the October 26 episode of Raw and Sikoa accepted. The feud has involved several members of both groups, including The Usos and The 946, and the November 2 singles match gives Keys an opportunity to record a major victory against a prominent member of The Bloodline.
The November 2 episode will take place at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, with a special start time of 6 PM ET / 3 PM PT and will stream live on Netflix. The show is part of a special double-show night for Raw.
The champion-versus-champion meeting at Crown Jewel is scheduled for the November 7 PLE in Riyadh. The November 2 Raw in Brooklyn will air in the week preceding that event.
