Kamran Akmal slams PCB for releasing seven players during England Test series

Former Pakistan cricketer Kamran Akmal said "Not a good decision" as he criticised the Pakistan Cricket Board's decision to release seven players from the squad during the England Test series.

Akmal warned the move could harm the morale of the remaining players. He questioned why senior players were sent home rather than simply benched, saying the choice diminishes the team's reputation and increases pressure on those left in the squad.
