The morning session covered 600m, 1000m, 1200m, 1400m and 1600m gallops, with each performance recorded alongside the rider’s name and brief notes on the work.
At the 600m marker Gordon (Darshan) covered the distance in 46 and was described as Easy, while Star Honour (Faizan) also did 46 and Moved freely; N R I Victory (rb) and Signs Of Change (Laxman S) each recorded 43 with notes that they Worked well and Moved well respectively.
At 1000m Monterio (Chetan) posted 1-8.5 with a 600/39.5 split and was noted as Pleased; Bright Thunder (R. Pradeep) 1-15, 600/41.5 Impressed; Preview (D. Patel) 1-12, 600/40.5 Moved attractively; Zeitgeist (rb) 1-13, 600/42 Strode out well; Final Call (D. Patel) 1-13.5 A fine display; Palma (Arul) 1-13, 600/44 In fine shape; Live The Dream (Laxman S) 1-10, 600/42 Moved fluently; Aphelion (R. Pradeep) 1-14, 600/43 In fine shape; Densetsu (B. Paswan) 1-15, 600/45 Easy; Double Vision (Chetan) 1-12.5, 600/41.5 Impressed; and My Solitaire (Chetan) 1-13.5, 600/42.5 Strode out well.
Over 1200m Il Volo (Kiran Rai) recorded 1-31 with 1,000/1-14.5 and 600/44 and Moved well; Seize The Grey (Salman) 1-27, 1,000/1-11, 600/41 Responded well to the urgings; Sea God (rb) 1-29.5, 1,000/1-15.5, 600/45.5 Moved freely; Count Basie (Salman) and Carter (rb) each 1-30, 1,000/1-12, 600/42 with the latter starting four lengths behind and finishing level; Irish Coffee (Anish) 1-31, 1,000/1-12.5, 600/42.5 In fine trim; Supernal (Kiran Rai) 1-29, 1,000/1-12, 600/42.5 Pleased; The Leader (B. At the 1400m grouping Storm Majesty (Chetan) showed 1-36, with 1,200/1-22, 1,000/1-8, 600/40 and was described as In fine nick; Sea Diamond (P. Mani) recorded 1-46.5, 1,200/1-31, 1,000/1-15.5, 600/45 Moved freely; and Hold Your Breath (P. Mani) and Femme Fatale (rb) each 1-44, 1,200/1-27, 1,000/1-11, 600/42, with the former starting six lengths behind and finishing three lengths ahead.
Over 1600m Black Irish (Rozario) posted 1-52, 1,400/1-37, 1,200/1-22.5, 1,000/1-9, 600/40 and was judged to Catch the eye, while Maana (Laxman S) returned 1-56, 1,400/1-37, 1,200/1-22.5, 1,000/1-9, 600/42 and was recorded as A fine display.
