Mahomes' Westlake home bought for $3.37m in March 2020 now valued at $5.5m; profit unclear

In March 2020, Patrick Mahomes purchased a mansion in Westlake, Texas, for $3.37 million, paying below the asking price.

Current estimates place the property's value at about $5.5 million, representing a paper gain from the purchase price, but the true profit remains uncertain.

The acquisition coincided with his Super Bowl championship and a lucrative contract extension with the Chiefs, and the house is described as having numerous upscale features in a prime location.
