Brendon McCullum reflected on England's disappointing showing in the ODI tri-series in Pakistan, saying the side "learned some great lessons" as they prepare for the upcoming series against Australia and the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup.
England managed just one victory in the tri-series, and McCullum said the Australia series will be used to evaluate player development and fitness; the squad includes several newcomers who will gain one-day experience.
