Megan Schutt suspended for two matches over medication protocol breach
Megan Schutt was handed a two-match suspension on 22 October 2026 after failing to adhere to prescription medication protocols outside competitive play, a sanction that will rule her out of Australia’s final T20I against New Zealand and the Adelaide Strikers’ WBBL opener.
The breach did not involve performance enhancement.
Schutt acknowledged the consequences and expressed regret, while Cricket Australia said it remains supportive and emphasises player accountability.
