Metropolitan Police charge England striker Ivan Toney over Soho nightclub incident

The Metropolitan Police said England striker Ivan Toney was charged on 31 July with assault after an incident at a nightclub in Soho.

They said the charge was specified as assault causing actual bodily harm, that it relates to an alleged assault that reportedly took place in December at the London venue, and that Toney is 30 and from Northampton.
