Mickey Arthur criticises PCB over hasty decisions after Test losses
Mickey Arthur, the former coach of the Pakistan cricket team, said on September 1, 2026 that he was disappointed with the Pakistan Cricket Board's hasty decisions following a series of Test losses in the World Test Championship.
He criticised the board's decision to send seven players packing and to alter the coaching setup.
Arthur argued that such frequent changes hinder team stabilization and undermine performance consistency, and noted that the replacements included debutants, leaving Pakistan in a challenging position at the World Test Championship.
