Microsoft and IGN set ID@Xbox Showcase for October 20, 2026

Microsoft and IGN have scheduled the ID@Xbox Showcase for Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 10 a.m. PT, the companies announced. IGN will host the digital presentation.

The showcase is billed as a spotlight on independent games with much of the lineup still undisclosed; organisers have said the event will include world premieres, exclusive reveals and new gameplay footage. Microsoft has confirmed the presentation will feature 20 indie titles.

IGN will carry the official livestream and related coverage, with the event available on IGN’s YouTube channel and IGN social media, as well as on Xbox’s official channels. The companies circulated the date and time in a joint announcement.

Among the games confirmed for the showcase is The Wolf Among Us Remastered, which Microsoft and partners will present during the event. That title is scheduled for release on October 29, 2026, for PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC.

Publisher Critical Reflex has confirmed it will participate in the ID@Xbox Showcase. Separately, Militsioner could receive a new trailer or an official release date during the presentation.

Organisers have indicated the programme will contain exclusive trailers and world premieres drawn from the 20 announced indie games, though most individual entries remain unlisted. Further specifics about the full lineup have not been released.

The next major industry showcase referenced in the announcement is the Game Awards 2026 in December 2026.
