Natalia Silva defeated Wang Cong by unanimous decision to win the vacant Undisputed Women’s Flyweight Championship in the main event of UFC 332, according to the report published on October 4, 2026. The 5-round title fight went the distance and the judges scored the bout 48–47, 48–47 and 49–46 in Silva’s favour.

The title fight had been arranged after Valentina Shevchenko vacated the Flyweight throne, leaving the belt on the line for the winner between Silva and Wang. With the victory Silva extended her unbeaten run to a 9-fight win streak and became the new Undisputed Women’s Flyweight Champion.
