Norris brands McLaren 'pretty pants' as pre-race activity unfolds at Azerbaijan Grand Prix

In Baku at the Azerbaijan Grand Prix during the Formula One 2026 season on 26 September 2026, drivers and teams were making on-track adjustments as pre-race anthems and ceremonies were about to begin.

Reigning world champion Lando Norris described McLaren’s lack of pace as "pretty pants" in the lead-up to the Grand Prix and was fifth on the grid to start the race.
