O'Neill replaces Johnstone with Sinisalo in Celtic's Old Firm derby

O'Neill replaced Sam Johnstone with Viljami Sinisalo in Celtic's goal in the Old Firm derby against Rangers in the Scottish Premiership at a midday kickoff (BST) on 20 September 2026.

O'Neill said: "I feel that with Sam coming newly into the football club, and not having played for some time, I thought that the two games that he played, it would give him experience of the Old Firm game for a start."

As the Sky pundits suggest, he clearly favours Sinisalo.
