The Olympic Council of Asia said the 2026 Asian Games in Aichi-Nagoya wrapped up with 54 world records set.

There were complaints about accommodations and transportation, but the council celebrated a nearly 20% revenue increase.

Around 17,000 athletes took part, and the report said the event demonstrated the power of sports to unite.
