Pathan recalls 2005 Delhi Test clash with Sangakkara over changed ball

Irfan Pathan said he had a heated exchange with Kumar Sangakkara during the 2005 Delhi Test over a changed cricket ball.

Pathan recalled the confrontation began as personal sledging, included the words "You guys cheat," and saw him respond fiercely while scoring 93.

A later meeting in the Indian Premier League with Kings XI Punjab allowed Pathan to apologise, and the two later became friends.
