Phantom Blade Zero to launch globally Oct. 29, 2026 at 10 AM Beijing time on PS5 and PC

S-GAME’s action title Phantom Blade Zero will be released worldwide on October 29, 2026 at 10 AM Beijing time on PlayStation 5 and PC, the developer has confirmed. Pre-loading opens earlier and the game has already received an 88 Metacritic score from early reviews.
S-GAME describes Phantom Blade Zero as a fast-paced, wuxia-inspired AAA action game and it is the studio’s first title of that description. Early critical response has yielded an 88 Metacritic aggregate, and the developer has fielded fan questions about launch timing and pre-load procedures ahead of the release.
Pre-loading will be available beginning October 26 at 9:00 PM CT (October 27 at 2:00 AM UTC) across PlayStation 5, Steam, and the Epic Games Store, the publisher has stated. That pre-load window is presented as applying to all platforms where the game will be sold at launch.
S-GAME has officially confirmed the release moment as October 29, 2026 at 10 AM Beijing time. The publisher also lists the roll-out as October 28 for the Americas and October 29 for Europe and Asia, describing the plan as a simultaneous global release.
At launch Phantom Blade Zero will be available only on PlayStation 5 and PC; no Xbox version has been announced. The developer’s platform list for release does not include any Xbox storefront or console details.
Steam has not published a final download size and reports suggest the install will be substantial, so S-GAME recommends installing the game on an SSD for maximum performance. That recommendation accompanies the publisher’s notes about file size uncertainty on PC storefronts.
