Pincky Balhara wins Kurash bronze at 2026 Aichi-Nagoya, becomes India’s only multiple medallist

Pincky Balhara won a bronze medal in the women's -78kg Kurash event at the 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Games.

She previously won a silver medal in the women's -52kg category at the 2018 Jakarta Asian Games and is now India's only multiple Kurash medallist.

At 19, she lost three family members ahead of the 2018 Games and found motivation through her father's dream.

Kurash is related to judo and made its Asian Games debut eight years ago.
