Punjab FC fixtures announced for ISL 2026-27 Phase 1

On September 28, 2026, Punjab FC's Phase 1 fixtures for the Indian Super League 2026-27 were published, with the club scheduled to open its campaign on October 14th at the JLN Stadium in New Delhi against Odisha FC. The announcement sets out Punjab's sequence of home and away ties for the opening phase of the ISL's 13th season.

The ISL has returned to a home-and-away format with 13 teams playing each other and playoffs to follow, and the competition has moved to a club-led model with clubs holding the league’s commercial rights after paying a participation fee to fund operations. Punjab FC were promoted to the ISL in the 2023-24 season, finished sixth last season and reached the Super Cup semi-finals. The side begins Phase 1 under new head coach Pavlos Dermitzakis, the third Greek manager in succession.

Punjab will use the JLN Stadium in New Delhi for home fixtures and will share the venue with SC Delhi. After the October 14th opener, they will host Mumbai City FC on 19th October before travelling to Goa to face Churchill Brothers on 25th October.

The trip to Goa starts what the club described as a seven-match consecutive away run for the Shers. That sequence includes a fixture against two-time ISL champions Mohun Bagan on 31st October at the Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan (VYBK) in Kolkata, followed by Chennaiyin on 21st November after the international break, NorthEast United on 30th November, East Bengal on 4th December, Kerala Blasters on 14th December and Bengaluru FC on 22nd December.

Punjab conclude the first phase with three matches at the JLN Stadium: Inter Kashi on 7th January, SC Delhi on 10th January and FC Goa on 15th January. Those fixtures complete the club's Phase 1 schedule as published.

Punjab will begin their ISL 2026-27 campaign against Odisha FC on 14th October at the JLN Stadium in New Delhi.
