PV Sindhu to chair IOA Athletes' Commission; Harmanpreet Singh named vice-chair

PV Sindhu will serve as chairperson and Harmanpreet Singh has been appointed vice-chairperson of the Indian Olympic Association Athletes’ Commission, and a notification said results will be published on November 7.

Both candidates were unopposed, and the election originally scheduled for November 7 will not take place because the positions were uncontested.

Mirabai Chanu and Sajan Prakash will represent the commission in the IOA General Assembly.
